Home Condition Reports (HCR)

Available in Leicester from Mid 2006

Allied Surveyors of Leicester are at the forefront of compliances with the new legislation requiring all sellers of residential property to offer the property for sale with a Home Information Pack (HIP) with effect from optionally mid 2006 and legally mid 2007. Our service will include:

• Free: Pre HCR Appraisal by Chartered Surveyors
• Funded Pack: No Payment until property sold
• Independant Report: No allegiance to an estate agent
• Guaranteed: No pressure to proceed at any stage

Before you commit yourself to arranging the complete pack, or using a particular estate agent, you may wish to have part of the pack initially, in the form of a Home Condition Report, preceded by a FREE APPRAISAL.

The Home Condition Report is a concise report on a property which, subject to standard terms and conditions, simply states the condition of the property at the date of the report, which is prepared by a Licensed Home Inspector.

Allied Surveyors are Qualified Chartered Surveyors, in Leicester, complying with the new legislation to offer a licensed report which will, subject to you deciding to proceed after our FREE APPRAISAL, be lodged through Allied Surveyor’s own lodgement provider, and made available for the benefit of prospective purchasers. Should you then wish us to arrange for the remainder of the Pack to be prepared, this can be done within a matter of days, and the whole pack, including the Home Condition Report, will be FREE until the property is sold (subject to standard terms and conditions which will be sent to you before you agree to accept any of our services).
